1. Negotiation: You and Mealdishhub agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good‑faith negotiation between senior executives of the parties.
2. Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Mediation Rules.
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be finally settled by binding arbitration under the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in the state of Delaware, United States, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
4. Jurisdiction: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek provisional or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to enforce these Terms or to protect its intellectual property rights.

7. Modifications to the Terms

Mealdishhub reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Site and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

Mealdishhub may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must delete all copies of Site Content from your devices.
